As a Certified Yoga Therapist, I offer a trauma-informed, body-first approach to healing that draws on the science of neuroplasticity, the power of somatic movement, and the wisdom of yoga. These tools help you gently regulate your nervous system, release chronic stress and anxiety, and reconnect with clarity, courage, and self-trust.
With over 1,000 hours of specialized training in emotional and physical trauma, post-traumatic stress, and nervous system regulation, I guide clients through practices that support healing at every level—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I’ve walked this path myself. These tools have changed my life, and I know how powerful they can be in helping you feel safe in your body again—and confident in who you are.
